This Saturday’s protest reflects the broadening of the Israeli state’s military action in the Middle East. The action is calling for an end to genocide in Gaza, but it is also calling for the Israeli state to stop attacking Lebanon too – and for no attack on Iran.
Tomorrow’s protest is a rally rather than a demonstration. It will take place from 2-4pm in Trafalgar Square and concentrate on honouring and remembering the victims of the Israeli attack on Gaza.
This attack has murdered many children, and those joining the action are asked to bring flowers or a toy to remind the world of the many human beings who have lost their lives in Gaza over the last year.
